Hi everyone, this is Easton I am sorry I have not been posting a lot lately (I forgot my password) but today I am here to tell you that it is not the end of the world if you think you have wasted your time mindlessly watching YouTube videos or TikTok's sure, downloading an app timer seems like the best option, but in the long run you can just delete the app blocker. Which is why I decided that the best way to eliminate a good portion of screen time is to find your old phone or get an old phone from before 2010 (because that is pretty old for a phone) and use it instead of your new phone. This is because it can still function as a phone, but it does not and is usually incapable to download new apps that boost dopamine levels and suck you in like how social media does. I am now using a Blackberry curve from 2009 a phone that is now 16 years old which is crazy to think about. Have a great day
